The Service is a tool. It is not a financial advisor, and we do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All trades executed by the bot are at your sole risk.

You acknowledge and agree to the inherent risks associated with automated trading systems and AI:

  • Technical Risks: Software bugs, network connectivity issues, API failures, or other technical problems can lead to unexpected trading behavior and potential losses.

  • Autonomy: The bot operates autonomously. You are responsible for monitoring its activity and for any trades it executes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We expressly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Trading Bot Shop, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any trades executed by the bot, regardless of the outcome.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our Service.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your API keys and login credentials. Do not share them with anyone. You are also responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your trading activity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
