  • Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with our website through analytics services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
  • To process your payment for the Service license.
  • To securely store and use your Alpaca Credentials to enable the trading bot to connect to your Alpaca account.
  • To communicate with you, including responding to support requests.

4. Data Security and Storage

We take data security very seriously. Your information is handled as follows:

  • Encryption: Your Alpaca Credentials are stored in our secure Firestore database. While we do not apply additional client-side encryption, they are protected by Google Cloud's robust security infrastructure and Firestore's server-side encryption.
  • Access Control: Our Firestore security rules are configured to ensure that only you, the authenticated user, can write or update your own Alpaca Credentials. These credentials are not readable by client-side applications after they have been written, preventing accidental exposure.
  • Stripe Payments: We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Such as Firebase (for database and authentication) and Stripe (for payments), who help us operate our Service.
  • n8n Workflow: Your Alpaca API keys are sent to a secure, private n8n webhook to activate and manage the backend trading logic associated with your account.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can update your Alpaca Credentials from your dashboard at any time. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us.
